Sorry to go off-topic, but what was the breakfast like? We saw it for similar price (B&B) for this April, when direct flights with Thomson were sub-£200. Unfortunately we couldn't quite make it work this year, but thinking of taking advantage the next time these prices come around.

Thanks

hi,

We booked saratoga on pre reg in Oct 2017 for 16 nights, price wasn't too bad for a 1 bed villa, price was 2 adults, 2 kids, 21 day tickets and DDP, I was worried about the pre-reg but after talking to disney they have advised that it was unlikely we wouldn't get what we booked. We still had to pay the deposit of £200 and if it turns out the room wasn't available disney would try and fix it for us or we would get a full refund.

We booked an offsite package with virgin at the end of last year, on an advanced registration, the ta reassured me that the price would not alter, said she hadn't seen advanced registration prices alter in 9 years, Virgin customer service centre also said the same so we took a chance and booked, received an email last week to say they had massively underestimated the price of the flights and the holiday price would be increasing by £1800, we were given the option to cancel so did and have booked the exact same package with Thomas cook for £1200 less, still more than our original quote least we are still going.

We've never stayed on site but we've noticed the prices creeping up. I think it's the flights tbh.

Every time you think you have a flight within budget/ looks promising, there's a supplement or the return flight is not suitable.

We've even had them change the price during booking.

Even the indirect flights this year were expensive.
, so we just booked direct for about £400 ish more.

I should have said, we always only book hotel and tickets with disney directly, we book our flights separately. Last year the cheapest was BA, EDI-LGW-MCO it looks like the flights are cheaper this year from ABZ-MAN-MCO with virgin so we will see.

I found it to be okay, but I haven't booked or checked prices in a couple of years.

RPR was surprisingly cheap over easter weekend so I bit the bullet and went for it.

Seemed like it was about 5-10% more than last year when I priced just the hotel for a DIY.

Will be there from the 5th . We've also stayed at BC and we do like the resort but the space of the 1 bed wins for us. I was slightly concerned about the pre registering but after speaking to the cm I was reassured. If i was going at peak season then I would be very concerned and probably not booked it

DIBB Villa Reviews: 1
yes but I have always thought staying onsite even with free DDP is a lot of money. We have hired an absolutely amazing 4 bed villa for 3 weeks £1500, unlimited 3 week tix £1000 and disney want £4600 for the room, tix and DDP. So £2100 on food which I don't rate anyway and all in one room with a 4 year old. No thank you I'll stay as I am

I've booked POR July 2017 for 21 days, 2 adults and 3 kids (13,8,4) with ultimate tickets and full DDP, came in at £6200 plus nearly £200 TopCashBack etc. Will book flights later and may amend dates slightly depending on what dates are cheapest for flights (booked Tuesday to Tuesday)

10-15% of that is currency fluctuations
