Kenwood Travel never again
Booked our holiday over 2 years ago with Kenwood Travel and they have let us down big time.We are here now and they changed the villa 3 times before we got here, once the location and villa was change twice the villa was change, there is 20 of us in total but 10 staying in this villa and 10 staying in another villa,
Well this villa is not up to standard to many problems to go into. Have been on to Kenwood Travel and the management company but both have been of not help, Kenwood made out the villa move were an upgrade but alas no very old furniture very and I mean very dirty couch one couch was brought over from the club house games room, they did offer to clean it but it would have been quite damp when getting back for our day out there is a lot of stuff missing like lamps it the bed room you know what I mean the finishing touches, they say this is a deluxe villa we have stayed in standard and deluxe and executive villas this is far far below that. We are staying at the Solans Resort off highway 27, I will never book with Kenwood Travel again. Rant over |

Oh what a disappointment and frustration, after spending 2 years and a lot of money planning a perfect holiday.
If you get nowhere with Kenwood or the management co, I’d be going for a refund through your credit card company - take lots of pics to illustrate the fact that you haven’t received what you paid for. That doesn’t sort the current problem though, and with such a large party you might struggle to find other villas quickly and on budget. I don’t know what to say, I’m so sorry. I hate being “cheated” by people who know exactly how expensive holidays are and how important they are. |

Sorry to hear this, it would make me angry too. I'd try the management company again to see if there are any alternatives, but I'd definitely take pictures and I'd be complaining big time to kenwood travel when I got back to get a refund.

Sorry to read this. We arrived last week and our villa at Champions Gate is just what we wanted. When booking Kenwood sent us a list of half a dozen villas and you could click on the link to each villa to see if it was what you wanted. When we got round to actually booking I did ask if it would be the actual villa we picked and got it confirmed in writing. We did have an issue with a socket upstairs tripping the fuse so rang the mc and it was sorted the same day. Take photos and complain and get everything in writing.
