Actually this is what they said:

Disney have notified us that they are postponing their offer for 2021 holidays indefinitely so we aren’t sure exactly when this will be released, we are guessing they most likely will release this once their parks and resorts re-open to make sure the phone lines are still free for affected guests.
I think this is likely to be the case, as I've mentioned in an earlier thread. Although they will also need to be mindful that brits normally book holidays 12 months in advance, so won't want to leave it too late.

I hope they do it before I have to pay my balance.

Also, some of us need to get our holiday requests in early as well.

Let’s all write to Disney and tell them how it is for us Brits 😂👍

We were looking at 2021 after our honeymoon and wedding was cancelled.

Lots to think about however I’d go as far as to say that with the amount of people postponing potential trips this year, 50th anniversary and already booked guests moving their dates to 2021 there may be no option of free dining.

Fingers crossed

Do you just go on Disney website to get a full holiday package quote?

Depends when you want to go. They will have packages 11 months away. Anything later than that only hotel or hotel and tickets packages.

They have to do free dining for the Europeans surely. We won’t go without and it must keep many of the on-site restaurants afloat. Who will eat at them that much if they have to pay full price.

I wish they would do something more for the people with existing bookings to help get us rebooked.

There are a number of things to consider as to what availability or the offer maybe.

The Economy - more importantly the US one. If it totally tanks (as looks likely) working class US visitors will fall off a cliff. U.K. visitor numbers will reduce too but these may be impacted more by the availability (or otherwise) of flights. Flight costs are going to skyrocket imho as there won’t be the same capacity we have now. Airlines will be reluctant and unable to ramp up operations to the same level as before.

Disney - what will the impact on Disney’s bottom line be, and how will they decide to handle it? Will they mothball hotels and keep rates as they are or increase - to get more money per visitor - or will they discount aggressively? I’m thinking the later as they’ll have Universal et al all fighting for the same dollar. This may benefit us but only if we can physically get there.

I can’t see any offers this side of June. By then we should, hopefully, know if it’s likely to be months and months or weeks and weeks. That would allow them to start thinking about next year. At the moment this year has to be their priority - not only those with existing bookings but those looking to go later in the year.

At the end of the day the important thing is to stay safe. Hopefully everyone does and that once any offer is released we can all get what we want... and the website doesn’t crash 👍

You can't until it's released, and free dining hasn't been released for 2021 yet. Once it has (if it is) it will be all over here and on TV adverts. Until then, you can't book it.

If it is released, then you have to book your accommodation and park tickets as a package with the same company to qualify. You also need to ensure you're booking a room category that is eligible. Most are, but there were a few restrictions last year. It shows up clearly on the Disney website and is easy to book online or over the phone, either direct with Disney or other TAs.
