Usually the local station, Juice but if I'm up in Crawley I'll listen to Capital as I can get a signal from there. Can't stand Heart though...

I listen to Kiss fm until the songs begin to repeat and annoy me. Kisstory is great though. I listen to radio 1's Greg James in the evening. Him and Chris smith are hilarious!

In the car I'll listen to XFM or Absolute. Occasionally I'll listen to Classic FM for a chill out.

At home (usually the kitchen when I'm cooking/clearing up) I've got a digital radio and usually listen to Absolute 80s, Absolute 90s or Planet Rock.

In the old days Radio 1 with Steve wright and the mad characters in the afternoon. I do love Heart now.

Radio 5 Live. On Sat mornings it's the gardening phone-in on Essex Radio. Not keen on music stations except in Florida where I have 98.9 WMMO "soft rock & roll" on the car radio.

Radio 2 because I really really hate Radio 1. Or some Irish Gaelic station that we get the signal of. They play some wicked songs on it. All in Irish Gaelic of course.
I'm not a big fan of radio, because I don't really like mainstream music. I prefer stuff like Dropkick Murphys, Ducky Boys, Street Dogs and Mighty Might Bosstones (chances are you've heard of one or none) and they don't tend to get payed on radio at all.

I prefer local radio but the amount of ad breaks drives me nuts. Sometimes they go on for at least 7 or 8 minutes (Radio City I'm looking at you!). I used to liosten to Radio 1 until Chris Moyles left so tend to flick to wherever's playing music, usually Radio 2.
