Car Hire times?

Hey there guys

I know this is probably gonna sound like a daft question but I was just wondering...do any of you happen to know...if I arrange to pick up my hire car at 12 noon but manage to get there earlier will they let me take it or will I have to wait till noon?

It's just that we normally collect it around 10.30 ish and return it however many days later at the same time. But this year we're probably gonna struggle to return it before noon, so just wondering whether it makes more sense to just pay to keep it an extra day, even though we have plans so won't use it

The clock will start when you collect the car not what you have on the booking. I think an hour and half early the car should be ready.for you.

You will be able to collect the car earlier no problem, but if you collect at say 10am, then you return at 10am. You may be given a little grace period

Have turned up early on many an occasion ... they are generally very flexible, won't be an issue.

If you are likely to not be able to return the car until several hours after the expected time I.e collect at 10am but won't return until 2pm, then you're best booking an extra day to avoid being charged for returning the car late.
