Universal Transfers to/from MCO

Does anyone know whether this service is available to all guests or just those booking packages with Universal?

We're staying at Sapphire Falls, booked with BA.

I looked into this and they charge per person.

You would be better off getting a taxi to/from the airport, it works out cheaper

Thanks, we normally get a taxi but liked the idea of a pre-planned transfer - there's only 2 of us, so think it may be cheaper to transfer
