Heathrow - T5 to T3

Is it easy to transfer from T5 to T3 Heathrow?

We fly into T5 from Manchester and then fly out of T3 to Miami. We have three hours to swap over, so plenty of time just not sure how you do it or whether there is a shuttle service?

From LHR site

Heathrow Express trains are free for travel between Terminal 5 station and Heathrow Central station (Terminals 2 & 3). There's a train every 15 minutes.

If you have a connecting flight you can't use the trains.

We are flying BA so we get on at Glasgow and our luggage is checked right though to Miami.

When we land in T5 as you exit the plane there is signs up everywhere telling you if you are getting a connecting flight to follow the purple(I think!) line which takes you to the terminal transfer buses. That will then drop you at T3. There is always a bus waiting as you leave the plane, means you have never actually been "landed" so don't need to go back through security
