I'd like to know this too!

I booked my flights for next year yesterday, but im waiting to read all of your report before booking hotels, as I keep changing my mind about the places I want to stay and for how long!

I think it depends how many nights you have to play with. We had 16 and I think we split them up well, I wouldn't change what we done. Boston, Acadia, White Mountains and Cape Cod need the most time I think, we had 3 nights in each.

Haha It is a difficult decision and depends what you enjoy doing too. I couldn't find much online either that included all the places we wanted to cover. Hopefully this report helps but if you have any other questions, just ask

I have just reread it as we are now booked to go to New England! I think I will need to read it again nearer the trip to remind myself of all the things you did!

We have a slightly different route:
Hampton Beach (5 nights)
Near Stowe Vermont (6 nights)
Acadia (7 nights)
Plymouth (6 nights - to do both Boston and Cape Cod!)

So looking forward to it!
