Personally I only go to each park for 1 day.
Last time we did the following in our 14 nights
MK
AK
EP
HS
US
IOA
SW
DC
AQ
BG + ice hockey
Airboat
Gatorland
Shopping and rodeo

I'd rather go to more places rather than go the same place over and over again.

We spent 3 weeks out there this year staying off site and did the following

MK - 2 days (1 early morning - late afternoon; the other early afternoon until late)
AK - 2 days (same format as MK)
Epcot 1 day
HS 1 day
Typhoon - 2 days
Blizzard - 1 day
Islands of Adventure - 1 day
Universal Studios 1 day
Both universal - 1 additional day mop up & nightine show
Volcano Bay - 2 days
Busch 1 day
Kennedy Space Centre - 1 day

The rest of the time was spent relaxing in villa, shopping & beach days

for me disney world is not just about the rides its the experiences. For example the different acts they have around epcot, or the magic kingdom sorcers game. Doing these justice can take time. So even if you managed to do all the rides you wanted in one morning i would still be looking at planning 2 day at most of the parks (not full). So depending on where you are staying you could do universal in the morning and then goto MK for the evening especially if its easter and not closing till midnight.
