Virgin vouchers - a word of caution

To all who book park tickets through virgin just worth noting the following.

I recd vouchers for disney 14 day ultimate,universal 2 park bonus,3 park sea world,busch,aquatica.

Returned yesterday after 2 week holiday.

On first use at disney, universal and busch we had a long delay at every one...none of the vouchers were recognised and we had a heart stopping moment at universal where we actually thought we would not get in at all...

If you are planning on getting to parks early as we did, dont go down this route and instead get tickets... saves a load of grief if its your first trip and also if you have planned for early entry to get onto those best rides

I thought it was just a simple case of exchanging them at guest services? We had no probs exchanging universal vouchers last year.

could i ask for a bit more detail on what the problem was exchanging your vouchers?

from what other people have posted-as long as you have photo ID and go to guest services they have had no problems.

tell us more

Can we change the vouchers at DTD? or does it have to be at a park?

No problems at all in the past. Very quick and straightforward exchange at customer services. I wonder what caused the op to have difficulties? Have they changed the lay out, design?
