Guaranteed, although I’m sure there’ll be a nice new pretty logo to look at!

Also if you have a laptop you will need to have a forward facing web camera of a certain minimum specification installed and active. This is not applicable for a PC.

The tool from Microsoft is apparently not always accurate.
Your PC will not be able to run Windows 11 unless it has: 1) At least 4GB of RAM 2) At least 64 GB of available disk space 3) A processor i3, i5, i7 of at least 8th GENERATION or newer AMD chips 4) A TPM (Trusted Platform Module) chip fitted on the motherboard 5) A UEFI 'bios' i.e. not a legacy 'old-fashioned' BIOS 6) The ability to use SECUREBOOT in that UEFI 'bios' 7) Front-facing webcam IF A LAPTOP If your PC is only 2 years old it may well satisfy these requirements. Some PC's and Laptops of this newer vintage do not have a TPM chip on the motherboard but have the TPM integrated as software in the UEFI 'bios' You might just need to go into your UEFI 'bios' and ENABLE TPM and SECUREBOOT. Once you have done this you may very well run the Microsoft Checker tool and the PC will now pass and you can install WIndows 11 (assuming all the other criteria are covered.)
