Favourite Disney Restaurants

I think that so far, California Grill is my favourite meal, both for brunch and dinner. It isn’t a must do or anything though, I didn’t book it for my last trip and I haven’t for the next either, I like to try different things. The only thing I repeatedly book is BOG breakfast, but that is not for the food, which I think it average at best, it is for pre park opening.

I like to try the restaurants at whatever resort I am staying at. So if I were at the Beach Club, I would book Beaches & Cream, Cape May Cafe would be my character meal experience and I would also book Yachtsman and the Ale & Compass next door. We did all of these on our last trip when we stayed at the Yacht Club.

We have not done a lot with our snack credits, we use many for drinks and ice creams. We also use for mickey pretzels, mac and cheese and we had a nice noodles and shrimp dish from Epcot China area.

Every thread asking for a recommendation, I come on to say "Yachtsman Steakhouse"!

We have booked La Hacienda for the first time. You don't see many people commenting on it, so good to hear that you enjoyed it. I loved the look of the menu and hoping to see some fireworks from the windows!

My favourite is Jungle Skipper Canteen in MK - delicious food and a fun theme. It's also quite peaceful, what I call a hidden gem. I have two lunches booked there for my trip in September. Another favourite is Yak and Yeti in AK and if you like character meals Tusker House in AK is great.
