Premium outlets in store shopping

Does anyone know if there a timeline when shops at both premium outlets will start allowing people to shop in store as opposed to online shopping and kerb side pick up. I know there are a few that do but a number of others still don’t appear to be open yet

Most of the shops at the outlets are fully opened and have been for quite a while - there are plenty Orlando vlogger videos visiting the outlets

Everywhere is open, some have virtual lines to get into (Disney is usually a 3 ish hr wait) and very limited numbers in store so lines can be long for the more popular stores
