Trains from Nottingham to Southampton problem

Just an update on trains. I went to Nottingham station today. I asked about the 12 weeks not showing. A very helpful customer service agent told me that since last year because of the pandemic, they are not showing tickets that far ahead.

He said that it was wrong that they still advertise that cheaper tickets are available 12 weeks ahead. He also said that where it shows that the tickets are "Sold out" this was wrong as well because the tickets are not actually available yet.

He said it will probably start showing up around 6 weeks ahead. He did say he could sell me tickets for the 10th September now, but that if it was him, he would wait because the prices may come down.

Hope this may help others who are trying to book train tickets.
