Booking.com query?

Hi. Just looking at booking.com and looking at the different room options for a hotel I’m looking at. The room has different prices as shown in the photo. Looks the same to me other than a slightly different cancellation date. Can someone explain?

The only difference I can see is the first quote at £1319 has free cancellation till Ju,y 1st and the £1552 has free cancellation till June 30th. So hardly any difference in terms just in money paid.

Weird how that happens
All of our hotels we've booked for next year via Hotels.com were the same as this, so of course we booked the cheapest.

I've also been checking the prices regularly, and have re-booked then cancelled the original booking so far I've saved £256 by doing this since the original booking date.
