Disney All Star Hotels

Looking at adding some nights in resort next August on top of our Villa nights. Is there much if any difference between all Star music and Sports? Same price for our nights we are looking at just not sure of one is better or worse than the other?

If it is between those two only then when we have stayed at both these hotels and the the children have enjoyed Sports best. I am not sure why but they much prefer the theming of the sports over music. Between the two from my point of view there really isn't much difference at all and are right next to each other.

Music should be fully refurbished to have Pop Century style rooms now. Sports may not be - won't know until it reopens, but I suspect it hasn't been. Out of the two, I would book Music to be safe.

You can walk between all three All Stars to look at the external theming and they share amenities so you can pool hop between them as well (or could pre-Covid - not sure if that's changed).

sports has not been refurbed yet and the refurbed rooms are so much nicer and practical than the old style rooms so music is a far better choice if the price is the same.

We would have preferred sports for our next trip as stayed there last time but it was the same price as the others so not worth it as its not refurbed yet. Otherwise the resort layout and facilities are pretty much the same across the 3.
