Booking two rooms, what names?

Are you also requesting connecting rooms, or just two? If they're connecting, it shouldn't be an issue as you would just leave the connector unlocked.

However you could also get around it by asking for key to the world cards when you check in, then give the cards to the people in the other rooms. Then only have to remember if you use a band or key to get in the room.

We may not need 2 rooms but I don’t want to miss the gift card and dining credit offer. We would want interconnecting rooms but I presume that’s not guaranteed so I may book the other room in my daughters name.

I’ve asked for connecting, I know it’s not guaranteed, but here’s hoping! I’ll probably need to call them to amend dates anyway so will ask if the lead name on the second room can be changed or what options are for that. I do think disney make some things so difficult

Just for info - I had to call Disney yesterday. They advised we didn’t need to change the lead name on our second room - they would sort the Magic Bands at the resort. I hope this is right.
