We have a house of Fraser here and I've been in it twice, came out empty handed. I've looked on their website a few times too and still nothing. I can't afford to shop in that place, and even if I could, I refuse to pay their prices for items in can buy cheaper elsewhere or similar items. Im not paying for a name of brand or store, I'm paying for an item that I need/want/like.
Not everyone has the same tastes, it's like Debenhams or Marks and Spencer's, too expensive and not shops I would find it easy to soend money or vouchers in.

But its a gift voucher, the ideal situation to treat yourself that normally would be beyond normal budget.

What about buying stuff for the house? Hof have a nice range of bedding, towels & they sell appliances.

How much is it for? You must be able to find something you like? x

Gift Cards | John Lewis
johnlewis/gift-card

You can exchange John Lewis Partnership gift vouchers for goods in all John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners shops, and use them to purchase online or over the phone at johnlewis.com.

That's what I would do. Waitrose instead of Asda

It's House of Fraser though, not John Lewis!

House of Fraser isn’t my favourite store but I would get something like towels or bedding or something for the kitchen.

I would do as somebody else suggested and buy some gifts for upcoming birthdays/similar.

Actually that's a lie, I would buy something for myself but if I was in your position and there was nothing I wanted that's what I would do.
