I’m so fed up. It’s not just the extra stress and not being able to enjoy the run up to your holiday, it’s also so much more expensive for such a short trip. 3x tests to go. 3 x pcr when you get back and then if DS can’t have his jab in time, 5 24 hour tests whilst there. That’s ridiculous! 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼

I darent. It only cost us £600 for the hotel and tickets. A few hundred doesn’t seem too bad when you’re spending thousands but when you’re only spending 600, it seems excessive. |

No I haven’t dared total it up either but I’ve spent £1500 on hotel, tickets and dining plan and £400 on Eurostar 😭

We are lucky we’ve just the one child going, my sons are over 18 but if they were younger I definitely wouldn’t be going as you say if spending 1000s it’s a bit different. We got this trip in total including flights for £769 so an absolute bargain! Tests are gonna be about £300 all in which is insane🥲
