Genie plus added
Hello,
I’ve added genie plus to our tickets through WDTC , does anyone know if you can see the upgrade on the MDE app at all? Thanks

No I don't think you can. It should show on the invoice though.

No, apparently it doesn't show up in advance. I suspect it's like Memory Maker so once you activate your ticket, you'll see it available.

Ok thanks , yes I can see it added to the invoice. Was just a bit concerned as I can see my tickets say ultimate and then in brackets with memory maker … but nothing about genie plus …
