Stupid question alert - fast passes?!

Hi, this is probably a really dumb question for Disney experts like yourselves but I'm really confused about fast passes.

When our 30 days comes up, and I'm on the app - do I book one fast pass for my whole family or do they need to have the app too to book their own? How do we guarantee the same time? Or have I got this totally wrong 🤔

Add them and their tickets to your account and then you book for everyone.

Bev is totally right and the process is really easy once everyone is linked you can simply press one button to select all of your party then book the days fastpasses.

However Disney IT is notoriously glitchy so if you do have an error message when you go to book your fastpasses try a different browser or your phone. I had to do one week of mine on my phone as I kept getting an error message through my internet browser.

Thanks, it should all become clearer when we link our tickets then! We haven't got them yet as we've booked a package through virgin so will link them when they arrive!

We were in the same position with Virgin, once you're able to link them up it all becomes clearer. It's simply a case of hitting select all when choosing a ride, or selecting who rides what and when, when somebody chooses not to ride certain rides, it's entirely up to you.

You can set up your MDE with your booking reference. Tickets (documents) are ready to print a few weeks before you travel.

I've logged into virgin account and it says tickets aren't available to download until 30 days before - do I have to wait until then to link my tickets? Can't find any other ref numbers

Remember if your staying in Disney Resort it's 60 days.

Set up MDE with your booking reference and that's all you need to do until 60 days when you can book your fast passes, amusing you're on site, 30 if not.
