Have a look on some ticket sites (can be found at the top of the tickets forum) because if you're doing more than 1 park day it work out better to buy a 14 day ticket than a 1 day.
I bought my tickets a month ago for our trip in October as I wanted physical tickets rather than having to go to will call when we arrive.
Fast Passes can be booked via the My Disney Experience app or the website once you have linked your park tickets, they can be booked 30 days before so you might find it a bit difficult to get some of them now.

You can buy 1 day tickets from the Disney US site and link them to your MDE then you can book fastpasses. I would say AK over Epcot
