Despite asking to have the call on our mobiles they rang the house phone today and left a message saying they would try again on a couple of hours! They so far haven’t rang back so I doubt it will be today now 😩

I’m so upset for my son this is not fair on him. Still no call back We are busy gathering all the info for appeal in the hope that it doesn’t go that far 😱
