Mobile How to limit screen time on an iPhone for DD

Has anyone done this successfully? On her android device we had an app set up which worked well. I could set a schedule of when she could and couldn't use it, approve the apps she downloaded and give her a set amount of screen time to use per day. But, when she switched to her iPhone it became clear it wasn't compatible.

I'm now struggling to find one for her iPhone they doesn't cost money. I know it's a small price to pay to stop her being a phone zombie but I paid for the android one and then realised it didn't work on iPhone so I feel I want some recommendations before I splash out again.

You can set family options so that all apps have to be approved. When my sons go on to app store, they can request something and it comes through to my iPhone for approval.

Or, you can set restrictions on iphones which limits what they can see (appstore, safari, etc) and set age limits as well preventing them from using youtube, etc.
