That was a quick ROFR! My resale purchase has just gone to Disney for ROFR yesterday so we’ll see how long it takes! 170 points at BWV for $118 pp. 155 points for 2018 which is what I wanted - I needed a contract that had points for 2018 and 2019 to manage what I had planned over the next couple of years. It was more than I wanted to pay but theee doesn’t seem to be much around at BW with a Dec use year so decided to just go for it!
