DVC loan due date

I have a question about my loan which hopefully someone may ne able to answer, as the first due date is today.

I thought we were already set up for auto-pay, but today the amount appeared but nothing was taken.

I set up an auto-pay this morning, but this now shows as pending.

My dillema is that the due date is today, member accounting doesn't open until tomorrow, and i don't know if i'm supposed to make the payment manually now? I don't want to end up making 2 payments!

I hope this makes sense.

I also don't want any late fees.

I'd like to wait until tomorrow, I'm just worried by leaving it I could get late charges?

Our DVC monthly Annual Dues payment always goes out the following working day, if it falls on a weekend or US bank holiday.

Ok, so I definitely won't make a manual payment today, but concerned about potential late fines :/

Just to update on this incase others had similar questions:

When you buy there will not be an automatic enrolment for loan payments.

There is a 15 day grave period after the due date.

If you make a manual payment, the next automatic payment will reflect this; you won't be charged twice.
