Windows 10 black screen white dots
Anyone had success solving black screen white dots circling round with Windows 10.
I have got it to try to diagnose but it can't solve it, won't do a system restore, and won't go in to safe mode. I have tried turning it on without any usb devices plugged in. Not sure what to do next. |

i assume when you say black dot you mean the ones which just form circle in the middle of the screen. Its possible that its trying to configure an update, how long have you left it on the dots ?
Another thought is it could be a network driver issue, can you plug in a network cable and try it ? someone else reported a similar issue here |

I will plug a network cable in and give it a go.
