Ok first DVC visit. Bear with lol

Do we get free parking at the hotel and parks?

I know things have changed hotel wise and certain DVC do get free parking but was not sure about parks.

Yes, free parking at resort, parks and Disney Springs.

only if staying on a booking though

in our case, we will have free parking for our onsite stay, then when we are off-site in our MVC resort, it isnt free

Interestingly there was no enforcement of paid for parking at Boardwalk the other day. Cash guests USA are now meant to be paying $33 a day. However, there was no one charging me when I parked, no method of collection, no one had tickets or passes etc in windows. I pulled up at security, said I�m staying, and he just directed me to a car park (never asked if I was DVC and never scanned my magic band, I never registered my car with anyone so they�d have no idea it was mine) where I parked for free. No barriers driving out at all.
