Ordered mine direct from Disney, allocated them to us all on MDE as we have magic bands from last trip (hope we can find them all!). I did also get an email from Disney with a barcode on to show at the entrance, though don't think I will need that is we have the magic bands.

Tickets show up and are assigned to each of us on MDE.

We are all assigned a ticket on MDE - which is a good sign.
I might email Disney just to be sure though.
If the tickets are linked and showing up in MDE, then as soon as you link the bands to each of your MDE accounts, you will be able to use them to enter the park for regular park days and the party. It's important to remember that nothing is linked to the Magic Band itself, the band just provides a means of accessing the info on MDE. If the information is there and the band is linked to the account, all of the information is accessible. You will not need to show anything on the day in order to enter the park.

When I ordered my MNSSHP tickets I was certain I hadn't received an email too as I couldn't find it. I'd opted not to receive tickets in the post. The tickets are linked up to my MDE though. (We are staying onsite so they will link to our magic bands when we get there). However, I did a search through my emails again though and found the confirmation email from Disney. That said I was told that as long as they are showing on MDE then I won't have a problem on the party night. Have you checked your spam folder for the email?

I sent another email this morning and I got an automated response, I didn't get one last time so I don't actually think I emailed correctly before. Will give it a day or two and if no response will then call.

Yes they are. I remember last time for the MVMCP I had to take a piece of paper with my tickets printed on and exchange them for a wrist band so was panicking I was missing something.
