Airport assistance at MCO

On my last two visits I needed airport assistance and MCO was a nightmare - it’s a long story which I won’t bore you with but can someone please tell me how I contact Airport Assistance when I get off the DME Coach? Last year was the first year using DME and I ended up having to struggle to the Virgin check in as I couldn’t find anyone to ask!

Can’t help regarding DmE, but normally I book airportvassistance through my airline not direct with MCO

I do too but they only take the request and pass it on to the airport - they don’t actually supply the assistance people! last year I couldn’t find anyone to ask and it took me almost an hour to get from where Magical Express dropped me off until I found a porter who dumped my suitcase on his trolley and raced off leaving me to follow on behind. I finally found him waiting at the Virgin America desk and when I tried to tell him it was Virgin Atlantic he dumped my case and left me there! I just wondered if I had missed a desk or telephone that connects to airport assistance somewhere near the Magical Express entrance.
