Just an update, on way out DHs text from 3 didnt come through so they were only going to let one bag thru free, so then i queued at special assistance desk and another person just put other bag thru anyway, no tickets for priority boading and they didnt seem to know how to do that! On way back from Newcastle, much more helpful, we both had our texts thru, bags thru free of charge, and priorty boading cards, which we didnt need as DD had special assistance.

It seemed that it wasnt noted on the actual booking they only needed to see the text on different phones! Got free bags, which DD loved!

A good perk to have to save £5 per bag going thru, DD had to keep her case with her anyway (sleepy toys inside!).
