Out of everything that is happening this is the one thing that I would be really, really, annoyed at [as well as the ticket fiasco]. For a manager to tell you that she would look into it and would call you on Saturday, knowing full well that she was going on leave, is unbelievable. At the very least she should have passed all the details to another manager to deal with everything, and also told them to pass on an apology from herself.

Exactly this..I waited in all day yesterday for the manager keeping her promise to call,to find out when I called Floridatix last night that she was on annual leave from Friday,this really riled me.When I said that someone should have called I was told by an agent that the manager is very good at her job!🤔

Terrible customer service, and their lack of professionalism and compassion is truly awful. I hope you get something sorted tomorrow Linda, as your countdown is so short. Just had a look at my tickets which I purchased on 3rd July from the lovely Tony at Orlando Attractions - there's no expiry date, just this: "Valid 365 days from date of purchase". Plus, he also added DC non-swim on after I had bought them for £20. Think I'll be sticking with OA.

OA for me are the best, don't care if they are a few pounds more worth every penny.

Update... I've just had a call from Vanessa at Floridatix,I've to send her our old tickets by special delivery and she will then resend new ones out to me. I'm happy with that..I never wanted to diss them as a company as I've used them for years with no problems,but do think they need to review the wording on the website.

That means there is an expiry date. The ticket will expire 1 year after the date of purchase - which could have been anytime before the 3rd July 2018. If the tickets were originally bought by OA on 14th August 2017 then they'd expire today.

That's the problem the OP had. Their tickets were bulk-bought by FloridaTix on 4th August 2017 (I assume "08/04/17" was an American date) several months before the OP bought them.

I agree - but the ones from FT have the date on, mine is an email, not a ticket - and there is no date - so proof of purchase would be the day I bought them - I think.
