Be Our Guest closed 20th-24th Aug?

I've seen some rumours that BoG is closing for refurbishment 20th-24th Aug 2018.

If you google it, the WDW site has a post that mentions this, but when you follow the link there is nothing about it. Many other sites mention this.

Doesn't affect us, but thought I'd share just in case it's accurate.

Yeah, this has been planned for a few months now. I think the last thread on it i read said it was to expand the kitchen.

I think they already did the kitchen didn't they? This maybe for inside the restaurant itself?

Ah. Just odd it's not mentioned on WDW or the refurbs thread on the Dibb, which is updated from WDW feeds.

I believe they've now cancelled the planned refurbishment in august as there are dates now available:
