Think you are right , just did an online chat and she said the option to add on days was back up working yesterday

Going to book first week then hopefully be able to do the day to day online as phoning every day is a bit of a nightmare

Worried I leave it and don’t get the assessable room especially with all those cash people getting ready to book at the 11 month . Unsure if the accessable rooms are in all the same inventory’s

As you say Online will be so much easier. Your situation demands that a day to day booking is essential due to the lack of rooms in SSR that cater for your needs.

managed to book 7 nights but when I asked her about adding on each day firstly she said why would you want different reservations numbers then she said the online system was temperamental

Woohoo , that’s me managed to book the accessible room for the 21 nights , bit nerve racking knowing there is only 1 villa each in the 2 preferred areas 😞
Booked first week then phoned day by day to add on a night and have to say the wait time each time I phoned was nothing
