Refillable mug at water parks

If I buy a refillable mug at typhoon lagoon, can you then take the same mug to blizzard beach and refill it there?

Yes, we did that, you pay again to reactivate the chip inside the cup. And hopefully will work again when we take it back for the next holiday

Yes! Think it cost $13.99 to get the mug then about $8.99 to reuse at another park.

They are different to the resort mugs so would need to buy a water park one x

The water park mugs only work in the water parks. The resort mugs only work in the resorts. There is no refillable mug for Disney parks. You can buy a refillable mug in universal.

At $13.99 for probably 1 day's use I think they are not good value, the resort ones are $20 and can be used for 14 days. As others have said, you can't even use them between parks. Why not just stock up on drinks and take them in, in a bag? Cost $2-3 each?
