Mobile Best time to buy park tickets ?

When’s the best time to book our park tickets for next May ? Any particular days have offers on eg. Xmas day

Also what’s the best thing to do if we only want to to 2 Disney parks ?

It's not the number of parks you want to do that matters, but how many days you want to go to them. Although there is a small discount if Magic Kingdom is NOT one of the parks you want to go to, but this is only for the one day tickets IIRC.

If it's just one day at each park, you won't really get any discounts based on when you book as the prices are typically fixed per year. So you could purchase now but don't need to purchase tickets until shortly before you need to book fastpasses so you can link them to your MDE account.

For longer duration tickets, they tend to discount the 2019 ticket prices starting around November/December. This is usually for the UK Ultimate tickets (i.e. 7/14 days) though - again, not huge discounts on the shorter length tickets as these are purchased by domestic travellers who book far less in advance than we do.

Basically it’s Epcot & Animal Kingdom we’re looking at doing with only 1 day in each park.

I know some are doing a 2 park Disney ticket with Mini Golf but I’ve only seen 2018 so far. Are these likely to be available in 2019 too ?

I think they were only on sale from the beginning of May until the end of July. I think they will probably do them again next year as they have done them for a few years, but who knows.

You can always buy a 2 day ticket from undercovertourist, orlandoattractions.com, or the US Disney site. Link below for orlandoattractions.com.

If you want to get on the US Disney site go on the link below, at the top of the page you will see UK & Ireland (English), click on this and change it to United States (English). Hopefully you can now access the tickets, but it's a bit hit and miss when you try and buy them as it sometimes directs you back to the UK site.
