Star Wars dessert party
I think this is something my husband would really like to do. Is this okay for just adults to do? How much is this and how do I book? Also what happens at this event. Is it similar to the one at magic kingdom.

We did it last year. It’s mainly adults to be honest! I think it cost around $60 each but the price should be on the website. You get a desert party with drinks included (alcoholic too) and then a separate viewing area for the fireworks. We also got a tie fighter popcorn bucket which was no use to us.
As expensive as it was I’d probably do it again although we did it round about hurricane Irma so the park was quiet enough not to need to do it. |

We did it last year, and enjoyed it. We were 1 adult and 2 kids, although there were more adults than kids on our night. There are character meets in the same building, we met Kylo Ren and Chewbacca while the desserts were being served. We then marched across HS to the special viewing area with a Storm Trooper escort. Good fun!
Edited to add we booked on the freephone ADR line

It’s $69 now with an increase to $79 planned in October. Not sure we will do it next year!

We did it in 2016 with our kids but think they were plenty of adults there. It was pricy but worth it in our opinion just for the excellent viewing area and not needing to wait in the heat for ages first. The food and drink was pretty good as well.

We did it last year too and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were 2 adults and 2 children, as others have said, it is mainly adults. The kids loved helping themselves to anything they wanted and the cocktails are yummy but lethal. It is an experience worth doing IMO

Thank you everyone for your opinions, I am still debating between this and the Star wars tour I have seen online.
Update: I have decided on the dessert Party as the tour looks too much for doing majority of the day.

We did it for the same reason as mentioned above - not having to queue in the heat. The kids got a good view but ours was nothing special - you're still standing several people deep so if you're short or have someone taller in front it's not perfect. I enjoyed it but I wouldn't do it again.
I agree with doing that over the tour though - I looked at that last night but it seems a bit of a rip-off to me! You don't do anythhing that you can't do for free anyway - the reserved viewing is the only real benefit. |

We did it (2 adults) and absolutely loved it! The cocktails were great, food was delicious (the freeze dried nutella, omg!) and the viewing area was fab.

Thank you I am so sold on this but it appears we can't book yet. Does anyone know when I will be able to?
