Contact DVC

I need to contact DVC to make a booking as I have a fiddly bit to do with last years points which will require initially using more than the 50% from next year we are allowed (points would be going back in march to bring it back down to 50% but thats a long story) and possibly buying the extra points as well. As I think I could be in for a wait could you please let me know the uk time they first open and is there any number to ring them from the uk to keep the cost down please?

Phone calls to Member Services are free from a UK landline. Not a Mobile sadly

DVC is the only number I ever ring from my BT landline due to their rip off costs.

I’m sure they open at 9.00am EST. I always ring at 3.00pm our time as they have settled down by then.

Are you sure they are going to allow the initial +50%? I'm sure I've read threads where people are stuck waiting for the points to come back on IYKWIM

not sure I was told to book what I needed and call a number in march and I have a reference number to quote and they would put the additional points back into next year to be honest at that time of discussion I didn't actually think I was going to need anywhere near 50% of next years points let alone more than them however will contact tomorrow and see what can be done.
