Exit seat payment after bid to upgrade

We’ve booked and paid for exit row seats 53 B&C on our way out. We have the option on the booking to bid for upgrade. PE only has 2 seats left but not together so don’t want those but there appears to be lots left in Economy Delight.
Is there any advantage to us having those instead of the exit row seats?
How much would you bid to upgrade to Economy Delight?
And finally, if we did have a successful bid, would Virgin refund what we have already paid for exit row?

Thanks for any advice

Ate the exit row seats not delight? Personally I'd hold on to them.

I’d bid nothing if I had exit row already 🤷🏼

Thanks everyone.
Will stick with the exit row then. Was a bit concerned that the toilets are in that area but currently the flight is not showing as being full in economy so hopefully it won’t be too bad.

Economy delight has extra leg room seat and priority checkin and boarding and is just in front of the economy section.

Exit row seats you pay extra for within the economy section and as they are at the front of that section, by a door, there is extra leg room. Possible down side is your tray/screen is in the arm rest which makes the seat slightly narrower and these ones are located by the toilets.
