Chronomics 2 Day PCR Test £40 - good price?
Feeling overwhelmed with all the information flying around and I wanted to ask if £40 is a good price?
Also is it correct that if you're flying via Ireland they now have imposed testing before returning into the country? Not sure how much more of this I can take! Thanks |

It's better than the £99pp at Express testing at Edinburgh airport.
Used Chronomics when coming back from Lanzarote and they were okay.

I used Nationwide pathology day 2 PCR when returning from Tenerife in October and they were £40. Code arrived instantly for PLF and tests delivered to house in 48 hours
Posted test on the Thursday and test results emailed back on Friday around 1800. |

I’m confused as well. We’re in the USA and am trying to find one that we can drop at priority post once we get home and get results back 24 hrs after tests get to the lab. Qured said they can’t guarantee it as we’re landing Saturday. I don’t want to do Express Test @ LHR as I’ve heard people waiting up to an hour to take their test.
How did you find £40 for Chronomics? This might be a good option and not break the bank (seeing as we’ve shopped rather a lot over here…) |

£40 is good for what I've seen but I was only checking Scotland, paid £55 yesterday- fairly sure they were all cheaper before latest announcement Randox are £35 for an Antigen test

I am using a drive through at eurofins at Livingston (other UK sites) and with ba2021 code it is £35.91. Test from 8 till about 6pm. Test results should be back by midnight following day.

I booked lateral flow with simply test and they refunded the charge (apart from 50p admin) by Wednesday this week following the announcement for all customers. Would definitely consider using them again should it revert back at some point to lateral flows.
