Wonder if he got sacked from parade duties and demoted to mickey bars through us?

Bren, I have just read this.. OMG I am ROTFLOL...

I was in a jazz band too.. oh the shame!

We must have went past the same 3 Mams and a dog they got around.

Which one were you in? I was in the Marsden Shoreliners who were orange & brown crimpolene (

) but was scouted by the Golden Eagles (yellow and blue proper cotton

) as I was big enough to carry the banner- big mistake, bleddy awful job and i quit after getting a blister.

I don't know if I should divulge such information.. lol. I was in the Shieldfield Falcons.. started off on banner, holding the strings and then progressed to Kazoo. We were coffee and cream.
Them were the days..
