When did you log your claim? I logged mine on the Monday morning and uploaded my docs later on that day and have heard nothing yet. I do have the amount I paid set aside on my last statement so I know it’s just a waiting game.

I received the “form” from Sainsbury’s bank yesterday. It asked if I had Atol protection, if I had insurance which would have paid out, how much I paid and when etc. I spoke with Which Legal before completing the form as I did have end failure insurance, I think, with Nationwide but didn’t use it because we were on a repatriated flight, Which legal told me that Sainsbury’s Bank will try everything to try and not pay out. I was advised to just put not applicable next to these questions and just put I wish to claim under section 75 etc. I wait to see what happens.

Logged my Amex claim on Mon 23rd September. They didn't ask for any docs to be uploaded or any further proof and my refund was sitting there on Saturday 28th. Now safely in my bank account 😁

Anyone heard anything from Halifax credit card? I was told I’d hear within 30 days but just wondering if anyone had heard.

Not heard anything from Halifax. There is a note on my online banking page saying I've disputed the transaction but nothing as yet. They haven't even ring fenced the amount so I'm still paying interest on it. It's very frustrating!

Us too We sent the request in almost immediately after we were meant to so not sure if they are genuinely doing it in order of first come first serve or not! We don't necessarily need the money right now as our holiday is next year but just anxious waiting for it!
