Mobile Annual Leave

If not too nosey just wondering what do people get for Annual leave from their jobs?
I currently get 10 Stat days and 25 days annual leave but have just been offered a new job with 29 days in total to include Stat days. Seems quite a drop from what I have now and just wondering if that’s the norm?
Thanks
Louise

Lucky you 🙂 - I have 20 days. That doesn’t include bank holidays.
I think it would depend on the level your role is at. In my previous job I would have 29 days if I was still there.

I get 30 working days and all bank holidays.

So in effect 6 weeks off, but if I book a week with one bank holiday in it, for example, I only need to use 4 days leave... so can make my allowance stretch further.

I negotiated my holidays when I started my job. I have 30 days pro-rata plus 7 days plus bank holidays. I usually also manage to accrue a couple of days off TOIL too

I think it can be easier to negotiate at the beginning depending on your job.
