We are staying here for 1 night to get the front of line passes. Has anyone recently experienced check in as to whether we will need to produce passports for all 4 of us or whether we can just show driving licence and copy of passport photo

I took all 4 with me. To be fair they were super quick and we were checked in in no time. I left passports at reception until the room was ready later in the day. Enjoy

Checked in today and was not asked for any ID. Just credit card. Long check in lines we waited about 40 mins x

Hi. We checked in on Sunday 12th for 1 night. Arrived around 10.15am, one person in front of us in the queue at reception. No ID needed, just credit card. We were on our first ride in Universal by 11 (walking not river taxi) and got a text that our room was ready about 1pm.

Hope this helps and have a fab stay, the hotel�s amazing

We didn't need any ID when we checked in around 9 am but when they text to say room was ready and we went back to get our "proper" key cards, they asked for our passports then

We also checked in on 12th August for 3 nights.arrived about 10.30 check in was fine asked for credit card but no other ID. Emailed to say room number at about 1.30 and used room keys already given to us to access room no issues
