We fly out on the 20th October and are staying the first night in a resort hotel and are picking up the magic bands when we check in.

We have the 14 day ultimate ticket that's already linked in MDE.

Am I right in thinking that at 12:00 on the 21st August, I can book FP for the 21st October (our check out date).

Then, on each following day at 12:00 I will be able to book FP one day at a time?
I’ve just checked the fastpass calculator and yes, you can book from the 21st Aug for 20 and 21 Oct. Then 2 days later you can book each day after that individually on its 60 day window

I'm counting down the days 😁

Is it 12:00 UK time as I thought?

@99plums. They had them waiting at the gate as we drove in. She talked us through finding our camp spot where we parked and left the car. We walked to the nearest bus stop waited 5 mins and got taken to the dock for a little boat ride.

Edited at 03:43 AM.

Do you have to book the Disney throwaway night and tickets at the same time for this to work? Or can you just book the accommodation through Disney and link it to tickets bought elsewhere using MDE?

Also, do you have to collect the magic bands or can you just check in online and use your existing tickets?

You don't need to buy them together, it works, you just need to link the booking on your MDE.
You don't need to collect the bands, you can check in online. If you still want the bands, there is a fairytale shopper who will collect them for you and bring them to your accommodation for a flat fee of $20. She can also pick up groceries and make up gift baskets.
If you're not worried about the bands, you can use your card passes instead. ☺

Hi can anyone help we have booked a night at the campsite and our first day is 24th October which makes this Friday our 60 day fast pass day (I think) but atm I can only see up to September 20th? I have linked all our tickets and they are showing against our names. I haven’t checked in online do I need to do this to be able to do fast passes at 60 days? Can anyone help please.

Help!

We have the first night booked for the 20th October and FP opened yesterday and showed the 20th and 21st. I was expecting the 22nd to open today but it hasn't.

Any ideas as to why?

Cheers
