Mobile Onsite Disney or offsite & Cruise

I have booked a spur of the moment trip for our family of 5 in November, as we usually have over a year to pay for it we are now constrained budget wise. We can only afford to do Disney so have booked onsite for 15 days inc dining & tickets. We usually tag a three day cruise onto our holidays and last year ours was cancelled which devastated us as it was our honeymoon. So I’m feeling down that we can’t cruise this time either ☹️...the only way we could do it is if I cancelled our onsite booking and booked a much cheaper offsite hotel but then we’d get to Cruise...🤔...but then we stay on site every time so would I then get there and regret it? Decisions decisions

Where are you staying onsite?

We've comprised from out planned 14nights at beach club with dining to 11nights at Caribbean beach with quick service. The difference has covered the cruise cost. No tips needed for the restaurants & excited to try out some new to us quick service places. We have a couple of days less in Disney but won't be rushing to make ADRs or spending time sat in the restaurants. Then we get some lovely sit down meals on the cruise.
