Oh that’s brilliant, glad you got the refund now.
Are you booked with the WDTC or direct with DLP? We’re booked with the WDTC so that’s great if you only need those 2 letters & your doctors letter will get you your priority green pass at city hall.

We booked with DLP direct and they said we would get £162 back, hopefully the Dr doesn't charge too much for the letter! I'm thinking we might use the money to put towards Buffalo Bills as my sister really enjoyed that before

Is this only an option if you book direct as I’m about to book a coach trip there for my disabled dd?

Not sure? Are you booking through a TA with the coach included? I would ask them about it, if they don’t know get them to ring Disney & get the price minus the carer ticket.

If your child has moderate to severe autism you should be able to get a blue badge. I have one for my 4 year old x

It's interesting that they deducted the amount from your balance as they told us they couldn't do that so i think i'll try speaking to someone else on the phone and see what they say.
Sorry i meant my last reply to you.

It's my sister but thanks for the info, also she is an adult so i'm not sure how that changes things! My parents take care of all of that for her but I'm in charge of holidays! I've taken her to DLP before but wasn't aware of the carers ticket so it's been great to be able to have it for this trip

She has just been to stay for the weekend with me in London and we were able to use her dla letter for most carers stuff (not that we are ever actually asked to show it!)
