Only showing inbound and outbound up to 16th July for us too.

Ah yes. In calender view I can see up to 1st Aug but in exact date view you can't select anything beyond 16th July. A bit weird.

Managed to get a right deal tonight for our dates.

£511.48pp return

5 adults, VA direct from Manchester 2nd July to the 16th July, Classic

I was originally going to wait for a Flight + Hotel deal but at those prices, I couldn't not book. It's £50pp cheaper than we paid in 2014 and that was with TC!

Another tip from me is to check between media - I booked through my phone on Travelbag and we got them for £512, on the tablet, it was £548?

Today I've looked at:-

Netflights
Travelbag (who we booked with)
VH (there are some reasonable prices for Flydrives if you take into account flying membership and Quidco cashback)
Travel Trolley

If anyone's booking VA, triple check the class of fare - make sure you're getting what you want. I got some great prices through Skyscanner and then you get through to booking and figure out you're gonna have to pay extra for luggage and seats as it's only Economy Lite.

I just booked 3 adults Gatwick - MCO 1st to 16 July 2019 VA Econcomy Classic £495 each via StudentUniverse. Think it was via Netflights but could have been momondo or skyscanner ( so many tabs open ).

Logged into my Virgin App straight away and booking was accepted so booked seats and now I can twiddle my thumbs as I thought I would be checking every day for months till I found a price I was happy with

I felt the same - expected to have to wait for a long time to find a deal I wanted- especially with VA!

Now just got to find a Universal hotel deal I’m happy with 🙈😂

I was especially aggrieved today when VH tried to tell me there were no economy seats left on that 10am flight and I would have to book PE 🙄 Pull the other one VH.

I just tried this and when I checked the terms and conditions (after getting a fab price) adult tickets were not part of the deal. You have to either be a student under 29 or a youth under 25
