I don't bother about reviews any more our calendar is full enough for us,as people come to me after 12 years most are repeat guests The prices rose 10% recently which is more than some parts of UK.What do people on holiday need to worry how much a villa is worth most of us have broader interests to pursue

Not concerned yet. Latest we ever booked was 5 days before. Just starting to email a few owners etc.

Seems to be fair few villas around - plenty of choice still.

You'll all be glad to hear everything else is book ;-)

Hi
Can you please let me know what you get, where from, and how much, I would really really love pics if possible.
I booked my villa way in advance (arm and both legs) but am looking forward to the look of the luxury.
Moving forward as it would not be such 'special' reasons I am happy to book all recommended by dibbers

Thank you
Sarah

Wow, that gives you miles of choice. From where it meets the 27 in the West to the East end of the 192 is where it meets the A1A at Indialantic, FL.

Well, if you see a villa has been listed and withdrawn a couple (or even more in some cases) times, all the while dropping in price (we looked at one on Formosa Gardens listed at $1.2M in 2007 and now up for $595,000) you have to wonder how keen the owner is going to be to spend money on the place and keep on top of things.

There's one we looked at where the last few reviews aren't good, and then the house was sold.

I would hope everyone does their own due diligence.
It just depends on what level makes you comfortable.
Where people can't do this is AOA villas by definition.

We welcome people contacting us by phone to ask all sorts of questions.
It then helps us get a feel for the potential guests and ultimately decide to take the booking or not. Renting should be, and is, a two way thing.

The most likely reason in the intervening time would be the financial crash most halved in value The recovery is slow but stable and no reflection on most owners so its not a guide really

Favourite at the moment is a nice 4 bed, lake view, pool and spa at lake berkeley. £1600 for 18 nights.

Seen a few 3 beds for less - ranging from £1200 for the same time.
