Thunder Feel The Thunder - June/July 2018 - Day 18 Packing and Outback Steakhouse

Wednesday 11th July 2018

Today was the dreaded packing day. We had a full on day planned for tomorrow, so wanted the bulk of it done today.

We had paid for an extra suitcase going home, so had 5 suitcases to sort out. We also done as much of our washing as possible so I didn't have as much to deal with when we got home.

This is a pretty boring read today, it was depressing having to pack. We weren't ready to be going home.

We had fastpasses booked for Epcot in the afternoon, but cancelled knowing the world cup was taking over. Tim and Dad had a few cans of beer watching the England game, while the rest of us sunbathed/lazed around in the pool.

Evie had really bad blisters on her feet, which must have been caused by her sandals and the heat the night before, so she was staying out of the pool today. That was until Jamie pushed her in fully clothed! This did not go down well at all, it was really funny to watch though. Tantrums followed

As our car had 7 seats, I drove us to Outback Steakhouse for dinner.

We had the blooming onion to start.

This was a brilliant meal, we all really enjoyed it.

We headed back to the villa to watch TV, we had an early start planned for the next day. A pretty boring read for today.

We've not been to Outback for years, might be time to give it a try again, your food looks lovely there.

Ah, the dreaded packing, hope you got all your shopping packed in ok.

We had only eaten at the one in the airport before this trip, and I'd seen so many photos of the blooming onion, it was a must. we really enjoyed our meal there, I'd recommend it

We usually go to Longhorn, but thought we'd try it this time, so glad we did, it was really good. It was a good job we had prebooked an extra suitcase going home
